Your account and your content

Keep your sign-in details secure and use information you are entitled to provide. You remain responsible for the content you add and the permissions you grant to guests, collaborators and connected assistants. You retain ownership of your content and allow us and our service providers to process it as needed to deliver the features you use.

Planning with AI

Loz helps organise and research plans. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Check important dates, prices, availability, supplier details and recommendations before relying on them. A suggestion or shortlist is not a booking or a guarantee of availability. You are responsible for decisions and arrangements made with venues, suppliers and other people.

Free, Plus and top-ups

The pricing page and checkout show the features, allowances, currency and price for each offer. Plus is a monthly subscription. Credit top-ups are optional one-time purchases and do not upgrade your membership or unlock Plus messaging. Your assistant provider may charge separately if you connect your own AI.

Unused monthly credits and purchased top-ups roll over without expiry under the current offer. Running out of AI credits does not close your planning dashboard and does not automatically purchase a top-up. See how credits work for usage details.

Cancellation and payment issues

You can manage your subscription in Billing. After cancellation, Plus access continues until the paid period ends, then your account continues on Free with your remaining credit balance. Contact support@flindev.com about a billing error, cancellation problem or refund request.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. A refund request will be considered in light of those rights and the circumstances of the purchase.

Availability and connected services

Features can depend on your plan, location, device and third-party availability. Messaging channels are available only where supported. Connected AI assistants and other third-party services have their own terms and fees. We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt features to operate and protect the service.

Responsible use

Do not use Hey Loz to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, send abusive content, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or protect accounts and infrastructure. If you believe access was restricted by mistake, contact us.

Questions and changes

Contact us before purchasing if an offer or feature is unclear. These terms may be updated as Hey Loz develops; this page shows the current version date. Our privacy policy explains information handling, and our contact page identifies the operator.
