How credits work.

Credits are your balance for Loz’s AI help. Small requests generally use less; longer conversations, documents and detailed planning use more. Your dashboard is free to use, even when your AI balance runs out.

Your monthly allowance

  • Free: 25 AI credits per month. A small allowance to try Loz.
  • Plus: 2,500 AI credits per month. More room for ongoing planning, plus iMessage, RCS and WhatsApp access where available.

What uses credits?

Credits cover what Loz’s AI reads and generates while helping you. That can include your request, relevant conversation history, planning information, document content and the answer. One request can involve several AI steps, so one credit does not equal one message.

Viewing and editing your plans, guests, budgets and documents yourself uses no AI credits. Connecting your own AI assistant also uses no Loz credits; your assistant’s own charges may apply.

The exact calculation

One credit represents 1,000 AI tokens, counting input and output. Tokens are small pieces of information processed by the model. For example, 2,000 measured tokens use 2 credits; 500 use 0.5 credits. These are calculation examples, not estimates for a particular task.

Some balance may be temporarily held while a request runs, then settled against its measured usage.

Unused credits stay yours

Monthly credits and purchased top-ups roll into future months with no expiry or rollover cap. Each new allowance adds to your existing balance.

For example: if you have 10 credits left on Free, your next 25-credit allowance takes you to 35. If you then buy a 500-credit top-up, your balance becomes 535.

Need a little more?

Buy an optional, one-time top-up in Billing. You choose the pack and see its price before paying. Running low does not automatically buy a top-up.

A top-up adds credits to your current plan. It does not unlock Plus messaging access. If you run out, keep using the dashboard and add a top-up or wait for your next monthly allowance to resume Loz AI help.

If you cancel Plus

You keep your unused balance and dashboard. When your paid period ends, Plus messaging access and future Plus allowances stop, and you continue on Free.
