What is an AI credit?
Credits measure how much AI help a task uses. A quick question uses fewer credits; reading long documents, detailed research and bigger tasks use more. A credit isn’t a message, so there’s no fixed number of chats. You can see your balance in Billing.
What happens when I run out?
Your dashboard stays open. You can keep viewing and editing your plans, guests, budgets and documents. For more Loz AI help, wait for your next monthly allowance or add a credit top-up.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Unused monthly credits and purchased top-ups roll into future months with no expiry or rollover cap. They are added to your balance, rather than replacing what you already have.
What if I cancel Plus?
You keep your dashboard and unused credit balance. Future Plus credit grants and paid messaging access stop when your paid period ends, and you continue on Free.
Can I use my own AI assistant for free?
Yes — connecting your own assistant is included in Free, with no Loz AI credits used. Your assistant supplies the AI and may have its own subscription requirements. This does not include Loz’s paid messaging assistant.
Does a top-up unlock iMessage, RCS or WhatsApp?
No. Top-ups add AI credits to your existing plan. Messaging access requires Plus, and channels depend on availability.
Can I buy Plus or top-ups today?
Yes. Sign in and open Billing to choose Plus or buy a credit top-up. Plus is billed monthly; top-ups are one-time purchases. All listed paid prices are in US dollars.
